Within the next 24 hours during regular business days, you will receive a detailed booking confirmation from us. Please note that for bookings on weekends, holidays, or during vacation periods, the confirmation will only be sent on the following business day.
Deposit:
According to the date specified in your booking confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is due. We kindly ask you to transfer this amount to the bank account specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is only binding and final after full payment has been received.
Final Payment:
The final payment for your winter stay must be made no later than November 30. For bookings from November 30 for the upcoming winter season, the total amount must be credited to our bank account within three days of receiving the reservation.
For the summer stay, the deposit must be made no later than April 30, and the final payment must be made two weeks before arrival. For bookings made after April 30, the deposit is due within three days, and the final payment is also due no later than two weeks before arrival.
