VISIT THE GOATS
Goats, or "Geissen" as they are known in Valais German, are permanent guests on the Belalp in summer. On a guided hike to the Tyndall monument, the goats can be observed and sometimes even stroked. There is also a lot of interesting information about how the different goat species are kept.

Blatten-Belalp can be reached easily and comfortably by train to Brig. Then continue from Brig by post bus (624) to Blatten bei Naters, aerial cableway. From here, after a short transfer time, you can take the aerial cable car to the car-free Belalp.

From Brig you drive by car to Naters, then along a mountain road in the direction of Blatten bei Naters. From here you can take the cable car to the car-free Belalp. There are numerous parking facilities in Blatten.
