It all started when 6 death metal freaks were looking for a place to practise. They were able to rent the warehouse right next to Zen-Ruffinen AG. To save on rental costs and promote the metal scene, the idea of organising a concert every month was born at the same time. This is how the story of the ''Moshpit Music Club'' began.
The aims of the Moshpit Music Club
- To support and promote the regional music scene
- To offer young music groups the opportunity to perform
- To build up a network of contacts that offers the regional music scene the chance to perform in other cantons or countries, to perform in other cantons or countries
- Maintain contact with music groups and concert organisers from outside the canton
- Present new trends to the guests of the Moshpit Music Club and provide a platform for them to express their opinions and ideas
- Promote other cultural events.
