Blatten-Belalp to host the sixth stage of the 2024 Tour de Suisse
After half a century, the Tour de Suisse returns to Blatten-Belalp. The last mountaintop finish in Blatten took place in 1974. The peloton then included cycling legends such as Louis Pfenninger and the legendary Eddy Merckx, who also won the overall classification.
Massa trail remains closed in 2024

Due to the consequences of last summer's forest fire in the Riederwald, the Massa trail will remain closed for the coming hiking season. For safety reasons, the trail will not be open until at least the end of March 2025.
