Deposit:
According to the date specified in your booking confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is due. We kindly ask you to transfer this amount to the bank account specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation will only be binding and definitive after the full payment has been received.
Final payment:
The final payment for your winter stay must be made by no later than November 30. For bookings made from November 30 for the upcoming winter season, the total amount must be received in our bank account within three days of the reservation being made.
For the summer stay, the deposit must be made by no later than April 30, and the final payment two weeks before arrival. For bookings made after April 30, the deposit is due within three days, with the final payment also due no later than two weeks before arrival.
