The sunny and peacefully located prime spot at the edge of the chalet zone Sattlen provides an idyllic environment and is only 5 minutes away from the cable car.
In winter, you are right next to the ski slope and the toboggan run in Sattlen, just 2 minutes from the gondola, the chairlift, the Hexenland, and the ski school.
In summer, you can start directly from your doorstep onto the beautiful hiking trails and relax on the patio in front of the house.
Here you can enjoy a stunning view and direct access to the mountain world.

Down payment:
According to the date specified in your booking confirmation, a down payment of 50% of the total rental amount is due. We kindly ask you to transfer this amount to the bank account specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is only binding and definitive after full payment has been received.
Final payment:
The final payment for your winter stay must be made by November 30 at the latest. For bookings made from November 30 for the upcoming winter season, the total amount must be received in our bank account within three days of receiving the reservation.
For the summer stay, the down payment must be made by April 30 at the latest, and the final payment must be made two weeks before arrival. For bookings after April 30, the down payment is due within three days, and the final payment is also due no later than two weeks before arrival.

Winter: The arrival envelope with the key can be picked up at our office. Usually after 4:00 PM. If an earlier collection is possible, you will receive a message no later than 1 day before your arrival - thank you!

Summer:
The arrival is usually organized contactlessly, as many guests arrive only in the evening. The information for contactless arrival can be found in the rental agreement as well as in the arrival email, which we will send no later than 1 day before your arrival. Thank you!
