Within the next 24 hours during the regular work week, you will receive a detailed booking confirmation from us. Please note that for bookings on weekends, holidays, or during vacation times, the confirmation will only be sent on the following working day.
Deposit:
According to the date specified in your booking confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is due. We kindly ask you to transfer this amount to the bank account specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is only binding and definitive once full payment has been received.
Final Payment:
The final payment for your winter stay must be made by no later than November 30th. For bookings made from November 30th for the upcoming winter season, the total amount must be credited to our bank account within three days of receiving the reservation.
For the summer stay, the deposit must be made by no later than April 30th, and the final payment two weeks prior to arrival. For bookings after April 30th, the deposit is due within three days, and the final payment must also be made by no later than two weeks prior to arrival.
