Deposit:
According to the date specified in your booking confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is due. We kindly ask you to transfer this amount to the bank account specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation will only be binding and definitive after full payment has been received.
Final payment:
The final payment for your winter stay is due no later than November 30. For bookings made from November 30 for the upcoming winter season, the total amount must be received in our bank account within three days of receiving the reservation.
For the summer stay, the deposit is due by April 30 at the latest, and the final payment is due two weeks prior to arrival. For bookings after April 30, the deposit is due within three days, and the final payment is also due no later than two weeks prior to arrival.
