Within the next 24 hours during regular working hours, you will receive a detailed booking confirmation from us. Please note that for bookings made on weekends, holidays, or during vacation periods, the confirmation will only be delivered on the following business day.
Deposit:
According to the date specified in your booking confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is due. We kindly ask you to transfer this amount to the bank account specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation will only become binding and definitive after the full payment has been received.
Final payment:
The final payment for your winter stay must be made by November 30 at the latest. For bookings made after November 30 for the upcoming winter season, the total amount must be received in our bank account within three days of the reservation being made.
For summer stays, the deposit must be made by April 30 at the latest, and the final payment must be made two weeks before arrival. For bookings made after April 30, the deposit is due within three days, and the final payment must also be made by two weeks before arrival.
