Cancellation
Up to 61 days before rental begins: 10% of the rental price (administrative fee)
60 to 35 days before rental begins: 50% of the rental price
From 34 days before rental begins: 100% of the rental price
If the accommodation can be rented to someone else for the same period and under the same conditions, the deposit will be refunded.
In any case, a processing fee of CHF 60.– will be charged for a cancellation.
Bed linen & towels (linen package): Can be optionally booked or brought by guests themselves (details in the contract).
