WILDLIFE OBSERVATION POST

In the Holzji, you can observe the native wildlife of the Aletsch region undisturbed. And best of all, there is a fantastic view of the Great Aletsch Glacier to boot.
 
The wildlife observation post in the Holzji is located between the Aletschbord on the Belalp and the hamlet of Egga above Blatten near Naters. On the way down from Belalp there are several information boards informing you about the animal and plant species of the Aletsch region.
