Directly at the top station of the gondola lift on Belalp, the free Witches' Land awaits the little guests. Between bewitched figures, it's easy to make your first turns on skis or a snowboard in the snow.
Getting closer to winter sports
The gently sloping terrain of Hexenland makes it particularly easy to learn to ski or snowboard. The ride down the flat slope leads through the enchanted Witches' Forest and past witches' brooms. And with one of the four magic carpets, it's a relaxed ride back up the hill. Once the first hurdle has been mastered, it's on to the Stafellift. Here you can gain more experience and practise riding the stirrup lift.
Fun and games in Hexenland
Of course, there is also plenty of fun to be had without snow sports in Hexenland on the Belalp. Whether it's a speedy descent on the spooky witches' broom tubing run, discovering mysterious witch pictures in the Valais snow landscape or jumping on the bouncy castles. The Kinderland also offers a photo point with snow witch and giant broom. A great subject for a family photo in the Valais mountain world.
Ready for the first run?
Have the kids got the hang of it? Then it's off to the "Schneekringel" fun slope and the "Zauberring" piste for the whole family. And if you prefer, you can also explore the diverse downhill runs in the Belalp snow sports area.
