  • Start: Chiematte gondola mountain station
  • Destination: Belalp, cable car mountain station

The winter hike leads from the mountain station of the Chiematte gondola over the Wolfstola to the mountain station of the cable car. The return to the starting point is on the connecting road.

Enjoy the magnificent winter landscape!

You can reach the Chiematte on the Belalp by gondola from Blatten bei Naters.  First, head towards the hotel/restaurant Hamilton Lodge. A little further down near the large stable, the path turns left into the Wolfstola. Follow this path to the mountain station of the cable car.

You can either continue to the "hole" and then walk up to the mountain station or turn off earlier and also arrive at the mountain station.

Enjoy a fine coffee and the beautiful view over the valley, the Valais mountains, and Blatten at the Bärgstuba Olymp or the Aletschhorn restaurant near the mountain station.

After this break, go back down via the connecting road to the mountain station or gondola station. Alternatively, you can also take the shuttle to get back to Blatten.
